# First start

After installation, the platform will start automatically with default workspace and AMP/CQG connection with Info Mode to test the platform's functionality.

During the first start of Quantower terminal you will get several elements of the platform, automatically created for testing purposes:

* [**Workspace**](/trading-platforms/quantower/general-settings/workspaces-binds-groups.md)
* **"**[**Bind**](/trading-platforms/quantower/general-settings/binds.md)**"** with several most popular trading panels
* An active **connection to AMP/CQG with Info Mode**

From this point, you can start using Quantower. Customize the workspace, open new panels.&#x20;
